Vantage Distribution provides quality brands and convenient shopping for Professional Customers only – licensed stylists, estheticians, barbers, salon/spa owners, nail technicians, make-up artists, and massage therapists.

Please provide a copy of your license, diploma, certificate or Business License and we will create a non-charge account in your name with the necessary contact information. Your purchases will be made under your specific account so tracking for product warranties or product recall requirements will be more efficient for everyone. You can register for your account here

Vantage Distribution offers the convenience of a “preapproved" 30-day credit account for business owners. You will be required to complete a business credit application form to determine a credit amount that matches your financial profile. Contact customer service or your Vantage Distribution Salon Consultant to complete a business credit application form.

Statements are emailed at the beginning of each month. Accounts must be paid in-full by the 15th of the month following your purchase. Late payments and/or balances carried forward will be subject to a 3 percent monthly service charge, 36 percent per year. Interest is not charged on interest. Orders will be held on all accounts in arrears. Vantage Distribution Ltd. reserves the right to remove credit at any time.

We aim for perfection in all our orders. If we overlooked something, we are so sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Care Department right away to make a claim. Claims for discrepancies on your order must be reported to Vantage Distribution Ltd within two business days of receiving the order.

Accounts outside of British Columbia will be prepaid by e-transfer or credit card only.

Vantage Distribution Ltd accepts payments by business cheque, e-transfer, Master Card or Visa. Dishonored cheques are subject to a $45.00 service charge.

An item marked 'Final Sale', means it cannot be returned nor exchanged. Credit for a refund will not be issued for any returned 'Final Sale' items.

Credits on accounts, gift cards, or gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque or credit card return at any time. All furniture and special-order items require a 50 per cent, non-refundable deposit, prepaid by credit card.

Shipping & Handling

Standard Shipping Methods: We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Customer Care for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time!

Yes, we ship certain brands outside of British Columbia. Please contact our Customer Care Department to learn more.

Vantage Distribution Ltd. offers flat rates for shipping and handling in British Columbia.

Vancouver Lower Mainland: Salons and Spas located in the Lower Mainland area the rate is $12.00 per order .

Outside Vancouver Lower Mainland: Salons and Spas located outside the Lower Mainland, including Chilliwack, the flat rate for shipping is $17.00 per order.

Salons and Spas determined to be "out-of-bounds" by the courier company, a freight surcharge will be applied to the order. Clients will be notified prior to shipping.

Outside of British Columbia: Orders being shipped outside the province of British Columbia, a shipping and handling fee will be determined based on weight. You will be notified of the amount prior to shipping.

Cash-On-Delivery: Orders that are shipped Cash-On-Delivery are subject to a COD charge as determined by the courier company. This amount will be added to your invoice.

Vancouver Lower Mainland: Salons and Spas located in the Lower Mainland area, the COD rate is $4.00 per order.

Outside Vancouver Lower Mainland: Salons and Spas located outside the Lower Mainland, including Chilliwack, the COD rate is $15.00 per order.

Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be reported to Vantage Distribution Ltd within two business days of receiving the shipment.Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and a copy of original invoice must accompany the return.

Merchandise approved for return must be in resalable condition and with most current packaging. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Credits on accounts, gift cards, or gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque or credit card return at any time.

Vantage Distribution Ltd. reserves the right to limit or refuse returns.

• Special Order Items

Returns are usually processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your package, and we'll email you as soon as we open it! In the meantime, you can keep track of your package with the tracking number listed on your return shipping label.

Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount

Yes, all furniture and special order items require a 50 per cent, non-refundable deposit, pre-paid by credit card.

Warranties

Warranties offered by the manufacturers are respected by Vantage Distribution Ltd. A copy of the original invoice must be submitted with product for all warranty issues.
